    My thermostat is not working
    Hi there. Our Carrier Energy Star heater has not been working consistently today. We keep the temp around 64 and we came home and our house was at 55 and the red light on the thermostat was on indicating the heat should be on but, there was no air coming out (hot or cold). I turned the fan on to check for power... the fan came on. Please help we're freezing!!

    If you have an Infinity control then open the bottom door and press Advanced for a long time until a menu appears.

    Select service

    Select "Last 10 System faults"

    Write them down. At least a few of them.
