    Thermostat not responding
    Honywell therm.reads room temp,when turned up for heat,goes back to only giving room temp.when I switch to fan ,nothing happens. Trane gas furnace... Mike

    Jump R or RH and W together at furnace. See if furnace comes on and heats.

My furnace was not always responding to the thermostat. [ 1 Answers ]

The thermostat was renewed now the furnace is not responding at all. The led lite is flashing on the board. I put the old thermostat back on but now the furnace will not turn on at all.

I replaced old thermostat w/ new Honeywell model CT87K, before installing I checked wiring. (shorting red and white wires). The furnace turn on OK. After that I installed the heat only ct87k . But now the wall furnace does not respond when I turn the dial.? Thanks for your help. C.C.

Always getting not responding [ 3 Answers ]

Every time I go to any site no matter what I am doing I get a not responding,and then it will freeze up.what can I do to get the problem fixed.please help me please!
