    Tempstar furnace inducer fan motor
The inducer fan is noisy on our 13 year old Tempstar 80 furnace. It also seems to run after the ignitor fires and continues to run will the furnace is running. Is this normal?

The inducer must run for the duration of the heating cycle. If noisy, check the flue outlet for debris. If clean, the motor is likely failing. Try lubrication if ports are provided.
