    Gas Stove burners
My GE gas stove's burners are very blackened out and it is a chore to light them and have even burns. How do I clean them.

I have a GE Profile stove top, stainless steel with five burners. I cannot get the automatic pilot lights on all five burners to stop sparking even when the burners are lit. The only way to stop them is to unplug the electricity.

Please tell me how to cure this problem. Thanks you, Steve Hayes
