    Package unit VS Air Handling Unit
    I want to know which is the best to use for a Seminar Room. The package unit or an AHU with condensing unit.

    They will both work. If noise is a problem go with the package unit since all noise will be outside. IE no blower or other mechanical noise except for the air flow which if adjusted corrctly will not be heard.
