Nothing works after installing new thermostat!
    Hello,

I replaced a LuxPro PSD111 Thermostat with a Hunter 44550. I thought I had done everything right (turned off the electricity, labeled all the wires, plugged them in the right spots, etc) but nothing worked (AC, heater, fan).
So, I called Hunter customer support. They asked me to turn on/off different switches: that didn't change anything. They also suggested that I put the RC wire and 2 other ones together (I can't remember which) and see if anything runs but nothing turned on (fan, AC, nor electrical heater).
Then, I tried putting the old thermostat back in, just the way it was before. However, even after this, nothing would turn on.
Of course, I made sure electricity is on.

    What else can I try?

My air handler is a Goodman ACNF and my AC unit is a Trane.

My wires are connected the following way:
Blue wire in the C connection
    Purple wire in G
    Yellow in Y
    Red wire in RC
Black wire connects RC and RH (jumper)
    White wire in W.

Many thanks in advance for your help!
    Best regards,
    Adrian

You might have blown a fuse on the circuit board if it has one. For the rest you will have to sound them out by finding out where they go on the furnace and then wiring them back to the thermostat. Many times color code means nothing.
