    Maple chase thermostat
Replaced the batteries several times, but it keeps saying Lo Bat. Pushed the reset button and the display changed to show the temperature, but the heat does not come on. Tried setting the fan to ON, so now it is blowing, and set the program to Manual and pushed the up arrow to raise the temperature setting. This made the Auxiliary light come on and the fan is blowing, but heat is not rising to the temp that is set. Not sure what to do next.

Top preferance is honeywell,, or white rogers,, but before you maybe buy one and it not be needed I would check/or have it checked out
You could bypass the tstat first to see if furnace runs OK then you will know for sure if it's the tstat

Thank you for your reply. Yes, I do remember Honeywell as a well-known company, now that you mention it. The thermostat and heat pump appear to be working now. The thermostat shows the wrong time of day on it, but aside from that, it works fine. I have not figured out how to reset the time of day, but it does not matter because I keep the temperature about the same all 24 hours. Thank you.
