    The 'lock' button was accidentally pushed, instead of 'hold'. Now we can't change anything on the thermostat. Help, pleas

    Press the "Lock" key for 3 second then it should unlock it

    I recently want to turn on my heater and when I open it the program disabled and now I cannot turn on the heater . The program is not showing on the screen. Please help me. Its cold and I need a heater my celphone number is (613)6023457 or email me at [email protected]. Thank you
