Low air flow and very noisy when the AC is running
I bought a new condo and the complex has central air conditioning system. I noticed that it's very noisy when AC is running and the air flow in two bedroom and bathroom are very weak, only one vent in living room has very strong air flow. The seller told me that they had professional checked, AC is good. I think something wrong with the AC system? Who I need to hire to evaluate the AC system? Can it be fixed?

It can be fixed and you should call in your own AC technician to look at it. I used to do AC work and it sounds like either a Freeon problem on a motor problem.
