Repair leaking geyser overflow

My overflow is leaking where the pipes are hooked up on the outside of the tub I have access to the pipes how do I fix it and what do I need

I have a Bryant Plus 90 central air/heating unit. I am getting leaking water from under the inside unit and cannot figure out where the water is coming from. Can anyone help fix this problem or let me know if I need to call a professional. Also I cannot find where the air filter is to change it....
