    My inside A/C unit is not working but the outside is, what can be wrong
    I have a Payne Heat pump, the outside unit comes one but the inside will not, I checked the fuses, the capacitor (dual) and all checks up. What can it be? I want to make sure I don't waste money calling some HVAC guy to rip me off as they have tried before.
