    Hunter heater
    I have an 18 yr old gas hunter furnace. The pilot will light burner comes on when it wants but will go out. There are times when the pilot will go out as well.Has been working good until this year.I replaced just about everything and cleaned it thoroughly.

    Is possible the heat exchanger is shot,and is blowing the pilot out,, if so its time to do some shopping for a new one,, should have gotten it looked at or got some advice before you spent all that money replacing all those parts

    Does it have a lazy (yellow flame) pilot. If so, it needs to disassembled and the orifice drilled or replaced.
