How to reset bryant thermidistat showing E3 error

My Bryant Thermidistat shows the E3 error code indicating an outdoor sensor setting. How do fix this?

Bryant furnace reset location [ 2 Answers ]

The bryant furnace we have is blowing cold air and when we try to increase or decrease the temp it flashes "HC" with heat, cool, auto, mngmt to the right of the "HC" what could be wrong? The filter was replaced 2 weeks ago and is clean.
