How do I reset noma programmable thermostat 52-2570-6

We would like to program the thermostat so that the temperature is the same for all seven days of the week 21.5 degrees starting at 6 AM and 17 degrees C starting at 10 PM

I has just installed NOMA 52-2570-6 thermostat. I find the current humidity display is wrong. It always display 26-29%. I am sure that my house real humidity should be 45-55%. If anyone know how to fix it, please let me know. Thank you very much. sdeng
