I have four wires coming out of the wall and they are red, yellow, black and orange. Where do they go verses the rh, rc, w, y and g that comes with the thermostat?

How do I set the temp to come on at 6 am and how do I set it to go off at 11 am and to go on again at 5 pm and shut off @ 12 am:

We have replaced our old thermostat with a Honeywell RTH230 programmable, and it's been over 30 minutes and the a/c has not kicked on. Is there anything that we should check or do?
