Purchased replacement control board but now furnace does not run. Suspect I wired the thermostat inputs wrong. What color wires go where or is there a manual available?

I have a carrier model 58gs100-2. The tstat works and the pilot light when tstat is turned to heat, but nothing else happens, no other flames and no blower!! Please help!!

Ignition lockout module ----can not find part

The blower motor (which is brand new 1/2hp) will not start unless I turn it by hand. It appears to be the capacitor, but I have no idea what the capacitor looks like or where it is located. Can anyone help please. Much thanks
