    Heater problem
    I have an electric heater in a mobile home. The unit will get hot but no air comes out of the vents. But when I turn in the ax it works.

    Sounds like you may have a bad fan relay or if the blower is multi-speed, the heating speed may hve gone bad.

    Do you have a volt meter & know how to use it? I'll need the make & model of the furnace so I might be able to find a wiring diagram.

    To me it sounds like you have the wrong thermostat for the system or the thermostat is set up wrong. If you do not have a heat pump the problem is your thermostat.

    I can't find anything on Nordyne's website with a model number anywhere close to that, at least not in the manufactured home area. The fact it has an "042" in the model number makes me think the number is for an evaporator coil.
