Heat pump noisy american standard
We purchased two heat pumps a couple of years ago. The outside units were replaced with much larger units. The company that replaced the units did nothing about the original duct work. We have lived with so much noise inside our house I don't think I can stand it any longer and I can not get the company who installed the units to do anything about the noise. I have never had to live with noise like this, both A/C and heat... it is unbearable. Should the company have done something to the duct work to accommodate the larger systems when they did the install? Help what can I do?
