Are you saying the blower will not come on?

Can you be more clear as to what is going on?

I hear it running but it is not blowing any heat. My husband is in there cleaning coils but is not helping this time. Plus he knows nothing about it. Can't afford to pay to fix it. Any help you can tell us would be honored to get it going

First check the circuit breakers in the maun panel and also on the furnace if so equipped.
It could be the heat coils or a sequencer that is causing the problem or a high limit problem.
If you husband does not know about such things it will be almost impossible to repair.
You might check the sticky notes at the beginning of this board for more info on electric furnaces.
Check filters and make sure all ducts/registers are open
