    goodman variable speed motor B13400704ABS
    hello

I have a variable speed motor that's going on and off, I can tap the motor and it will start again, but may stop again, and try to start again, doing a little start/stop pulse, I've hit it again and it's been going for several hours now, looks to me that the motor is going bad, just over 5 yrs old, but thought it should last longer than that, can someone tell me if it is the motor, or could it be the 'end bell' with the board? If it is the end bell, should I replace the whole motor? Thanks for your help
