    Generator to gas furnace
    We are with out power and have a generator, the generator ran my furnace for two days now the furnace is not run with the generator? I played with the ground wire and it worked for about 4 hours and now is no longer running again. Any suggestions?

    Sounds like a wiring problem. Check over all the circuits.

    Newer furnaces seem to need a good ground. Make sure you have a good 3 wire, hot, neutral, and ground connection to the furnace.
