    Gas wall heater pilot light is lit but heater does not come on
    My gas wall heaters pilot light is lit ,but the heater does not come on even if I turn the thermostat up to 100 degrees?

    Didn't write brand down model # 25-35-50 I didn't write down the BTU either it is a full size wall heater

I have the same problem as the person who asked about getting their wall heater to light. The answer was to make sure the flame was touching the thermocouple.. . But how do you do that? I can't make the flame higher, so do I move the thermocouple lower and what does a thermocouple look like...
