FV sensor on gas hot water heater has locked out
Hello I have a Rheem 50 gal hot water heater and while spray painting in the basement it tripped the FV sensor. I have cleaned up and aired the basement out but cannot unlock the guardian system. Any clue on how this can be done?

Air locked water heater [ 2 Answers ]

Hi, I have just installed a gas water heater and it works rather well except that it takes a very long long time before the hot water comes out. It has been suggested to me that there is an air lock issue. How can I resolve this problem, if this is indeed the problem?
