    Fan in outside a/c unit is not working
    I am having an issue with my a/c unit. The inside unit runs non-stop and the outside does not run when the inside unit is running however, when manually shut down the inside unit and turn the breaker on & off the outside fan spins but without velocity and once the inside unit kicks back on the outside one stops. I am thinking it maybe the capacitor, can someone help me please?

    Turn the power off going to the system and remove the capacitor and have it tested at your local hvac company. As a service manager I'm more than happy to test it for free and if it test bad I have one on hand to sell.
