    Dripping furnace
While visiting my sons new ( used actually) 3rd floor condo I heard a drip all night coming from the furnace closet. Could this be a problem?

If it is a condensing-type furnace and/or equipped with a humidifier, it is not unusual as long as proper drainage is maintained.
