My a/c unit outside seems to not working. Its seems to want to start with a clicking sound and a hummed but the fan inside is not turning. Its trying to turn when a clicking sound start but it seems like something stuck. The unit is more than 10 years old and it worked fine before and suddenly...

Recently our central air unit stop producing cool air and noticed our fan was not turning outside, and was making a loud humming noise, can this fan be replaced without replacing the entire unit :confused:

I installed a new condensing unit and put freon in the unit, I am getting the same pressure on the high and low sides of the gauges. This leads me to believe that there is a compressor problem or that I put too much gas in it. I am reading 150 psi on the high side and the gauge is pinned on the low...
