Condensation or Leakage
I have a Carrier 3-ton A/C unit outside of the house.
I have a Carrier Weathermaker 8000 Furnace in my garage. At the duct entrance, we use an Aprilire 2400 Hi-Eff Air Filter system. It is used in combo with the 8000 and located alongside of it. I am getting either water leakage or condensation at the rate of about 1-2 cups per hour of operation of the A/C unit. I will remove the filter from the 2400 and sponge out the colleted water from the bottom of the Aprilaire and 8000 units. What can be causing this? Thank you, Brian Moylan |
