Coleman G8T08012UHA11A no 24 volt output
I have a Coleman G8T08012UHA11A furnace which originally would not shut off. At that time I replaced the thermostat, which was a 1950s vintage mechanical thermostat. That did not resolve the problem. Measuring voltage at the thermostat it does not show the 28 VAC which is expected. Where is the 28 V transformer? Is it on the control board. Does this necessitate replacing the control board.

    Regards
