    Central heat
    My central air conditioning and heating are running at the same time and the heater will not shut off.

    Turn off the switch or circuit breakers in your electric panel. Call for ON SITE service.

    Do you have separate systems if you do take the jumper out of tstat Rh and Rc That will separate two transformers. If you have one system you will need a all purpose relay to separate the two, let me know what type of systems you have and how its set up. Mikie D
