    Sorry to be such a smarty pants, but really, you gave us no information to go by. Is the inside blower running? Is the outside blower running?

    Renina, hey got same problem maybe! My ac dosen't cool properly and my heating doesn't work. Hope we get some help soon. If I figure it out w/ help I'll let you know. Hopefully you'll do the same! Good Luck!

    Add some more details. Does anything happen when you turn the fan switch on? Did you check fuses and breakers? Is the blower door on the furnace tight? What brand name is on it? How old is it?

    Hope we can help you, or you may just need to call a serviceman.
