    Central ac won't turn on from thermostat
    Had to replace the thermostat wires to the ac unit now the thermostat won't turn on the ac unit but you can manually push a button on the ac unit and it turns on as long as you keep the button pushed down it looks like a relay

    Low voltage prob. Check the low voltage wires from ac to furnace for breaks /shorted wiring
    Check the transformer output for 24-28 volts
    Check circuit board in furnace for push-in type fuse might be zapped

    Did you turn off beakers when replacing the tstat wires?

    Which blower,, inside or outside unit ?
    If it's the indoor check the fuse in circuit board

I noticed that my thermostat works fine and opens the zone valve for the basement. The problem is that it won't send a signal to the furnace to turn on and heat the water. I have no problem with the upstairs zone valve. It opens and turns on the furnace. Is this a wiring issue? Thanks...

We have a Coleman Cooler Central Air unit (It sits outside). I turned it on for the first time this year, but the outside unit will not turn on. My Gas furnace DOES push air through the vents, but its just warm-ish air, so I went outside to look at the central air unit and it's not doing anything...
