Carrier two-speed slow to heat house
    Hi Guys,
I have a Carrier two-speed 58TUA with a carrier progarmmable thermostat. My furnace works but it takes forever to heat the house. How does the two-speed furnace know to kick into high stage? The reason I ask is because the outdoor temperature sensor for the thermostat is not hooked up. Thank you for any hints.
    Pete
