Sounds like the compressor in the outside unit is not running or you have a leak and lost the refrigerant charge. The blowers would not be working if it was a simple fuse or breaker problem. Best to call for professional service to check your unit. Unless you know electric and HVAC well there are no user serviceable parts inside the unit. In your case it is better left to a professional.

mdshwaib this is a residential application. 99.999999% are single phase so the connections have nothing to do with the problem. The unit is not cooling but the fans are running. Please read the posts before giving out wrong information. It is very difficult and time consuming for all of us on this board to help people and a bad information source like yourself does not help with the issues.Thank you

What HVAC said was the truth.. I have a leak and something is wrong with one of the wires. Because before it went out the breaker switch turned it off and I heard it click so I switched it back on. Then it started working fine again. But once it turned it self off and came back on that's when it started blowing out the Warm air.
