A/C condenser comes on but not blower on COOL mode
My transformer recently went out, so I replaced it. 5 minutes after replacing it, it burned out again so I checked the two low voltage wires going to the outside unit and they were bare and crossing each other(I assume that caused the two transformers to short and burn). So I separated the two wire and wrapped each in electric tape and replaced the transformer again. But now, when I turn the thermostat to COOL mode, the condenser outside will turn on but not the inside blower. A few minutes later, the copper pipe outside the condenser freezes up. However, the blower works when the mode is OFF and the fan is ON, and it also comes on with the heater. But only when the tstat is on COOL mode, the blower will not come on whether the fan is set to AUTO or ON. I replaced the circuit bored and still no luck. Its 110 degrees out here, any help would be great!

My blower runs continuously in Cool Mode with Fan in Auto mode. Unit achieves set temperature but fan continues to run. Selecting + 2 degrees above desired temp. will shut off fan. Is the problem a blower relay limit switch? In heat mode it works OK.
