outside temp 90 degrees, set in cool mode, split system rhud, 2 years old, r-22, coils both clean as new, filter clean always, if I charge system to 70 - 80 psi low (suction side), high side goes to 350 - 400psi and high pressure overload switch trips unit off, the only way I can keep it working is to drop the charge to 55-60 psi low side and unit runs too long,
and temp difference is only about 9 degrees at closest register to blower unit, 14 seer variable speed blower unit, both evaporator and condenser units are matched pair. I suspect a bad tvx but not sure whitch one, at the evaporator or at the condenser unit.
