Bryant Plus 80 system fan relay?

When set on the cooling side, the indoor fan unit keeps running after the outdoor unit shuts off. I know this is normal for the heating side but not the cooling side. Is the a fan relay sticking or a fan timer? Thanks in advance for any help. Johnny
