    Both Heating and A/C not working... but fan mode does..
    Hi,

    I live in a loft where the HVAC unit is on top of the roof. One day during the winter the heater stopped working... it wasn't blowing any hot air anymore, but it was blowing cool air around the same temperature as outside. I rent the place and didn't want pay for the repair, and thought I could just wear warmer clothes. Now that we got some days (I live in SoCal) I turned on the A/C and its just blowing outside temperature. Is it strange to have both heating and cooling both stop working? What might be some of the cause? Thanks in advance!

    To many options to even begin listing. Without a lot more info, your only good bet is an onsight tech.
