    Amana lr1620 wiring
I have an Amana thermostat. There is no model number on the outside cover. However, when I take off the cover here is what is stamped on it:

    Class 2
    30V Max
    LR1620

I took it off with intentions of putting it back after finished remodeling, but it somehow made it into the trash can with all the debris. Now, I have ordered the Honeywell YRTH8500D as a replacement. Now, I have the problem of trying to get it wired without knowing how it was originally hooked up.

    Can somebody please help me?

Sorry but I couldn't find this stat. Are you 100% sure that the stat was manufactured by Amana? I have yet to see an Amana stat.

No, I'm not sure. The cover says Amana, but I assume by your answer that this is just an stamp on the cover. Is there a way to post pics in these forums?

What would you guess the wiring would be for something that is stamped lr620... and the maker?

It is about to get cold down here in Texas and I need to get this thing hooked up. Thanks for your replies :)

    You're probably right MarkwiththeK :)

However, my wife would probably disagree with you on the basis her piggies are getting colder with each passing day.
