I am getting an abnormal flame proving signal.
I am getting an abnormal flame proving signal (code 22) on a Carrier 8000 two stage furnace. This is happening during the summer. I checked the gas valve, but there appears to be nothing wrong (but it may be hard to visually see a problem with it) and I unplugged and replugged the inducer motor wire harness. What should I do?

May be a faulty control board. Turn power off to the unit. Remove all of the big white plug wires from board. Reconnect and try.
