    Air handler transformer only getting 14 volts at low voltage wires
    Ruud air handler is only getting 14 volts at low voltage wires why not 24 all help in this matter is appreciated

    Check the transformer to be sure it is generating 24 volts to start with. If the transformer is not defective and generating 24 volts then start going down the low voltage device line till you find the device or wire splice that is defective or loose. This testing/tracking down system is used throughout the HVAC industry and if done properly will soon find your problem.
