    Air consitioner won't click on outside
    Inside unit clicks on but outside fan won't turn on . Why please help

    Did you check the breaker? Could be a capacitor.

    If the outside unit has power except the fan you will hear a buzzing or humming sound from the compressor. If its quiet, check power to the unit.
