AC fan unit not turning on...
So, I replaced the conduit protecting my AC wires to my heat pump/compressor outside.
Steps I took are:
1. pulled the switch out powering the outside unit.
2. removed the cover from the panel (it is a carrier unit)
3. wrote down all of the wires and their positions on the screw terminals.
4. took off all wires.
5. removed the old conduit
6. ran the wires through the new conduit.
7. replaced the wires.
8. replaced the cover
9. replaced switch.
10. Went to the thermostat and switched the fan to "on"
11. Cursed because it didn't turn on.
Is there like a reset button or something I have to push to get it to understand that I plugged it back in? Again it is a carrier unit with a honeywell thermostate... I checked the breaker and the AC should be receiving power.
I appreciate the assistance.

If you did not turn off the inside unit, then you may have Blown a fuse or the transformer that supplies 24 volts to the thermostat and Outside compressor unit.
Find the transformer, likely has 240 volts in and be sure you have the 24 volts out, follow to and inline or onboard fuse.

I did not turn off the inside unit... but the temperature never got to a point that it should have turned on.

Fuse "Should " be good, When set to cool and temp set, it should provide 24 volts to the Outside compressor Contactor coil. Be sure you turned the outside disconnect back on.

Just a thought, Above was for 2 wire control, if you have more than 2 wires for control, those are on newer units and are used for diagonostics, if so, then still check for 24 volts out of transformer, they may be live even when not called to cool.

Stratmando, you sir are the man! Blown fuse, I touched the wires together when I was pushing them through the conduit.
Thanks :)
