5 year old Carrier furnace kicks on for 10 seconds then off, well below set temp.
My Carrier furnace keeps kicking on and then off in 10 second intervals but is NOT maintaining the thermostat's temp. The Thermostat is brand new. There are 2 furnaces in the house, same make of furnace, different thermostats and BOTH thermostats are way below their temps. The furnaces worked fine a day or two ago and nothing has changed, as far as I am aware.

Are you seeing any flashing lights in the area pictured? You may need to reinstall the door and look through a peep hole.

My furnace kicks in and shuts off within seconds. Sometimes it does this several time in a row. Sometimes runs perfectly normal. Thermostat fluctuates by 3 degrees as I'm standing there looking at it. Any ideas?
