Honestly, I don't have my book with me, and cant download a book to this computer because it isn't mine. My computer crashed last week and I was 2 weeks behind in my online classes and my teacher gave me an extension until midnight tonight but I have to work at 4 pm. I don't want to be kicked out of school and I don't want people to just give me the answers, I just need some help but instead of typing all of that I just copy and pasted the question while I'm working on other things. I'm sorry...

You were 2 weeks behind and you were given an extension, now you are asking us to do your work for you?

We we are all volunteers here. While we volunteer our time, for free, to help others, it would not benefit you if we did all of your work. You were given an extension. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the tools available to you, i.e. Textbooks, to get the job done.

Yes after being behind 2 weeks because of no computer, work, grandparents needing my help, and my son I was given a 2 day extension and stayed up as late as I could last night to try and get all of this done. And I don't know how many times I have to tell you I'm not asking anyone to do my work for me, your just making things worse for me. I have enough problems going on not to mention being a 24 year old single parent with bills and taking care of a disabled women at all kinds of late hours of the night for a check that amounts to barely 300 for 2 weeks and I don't steal nor ask the state for help only with food which they only grant me 67 dollars a month. Id say I know about responsibility.

I hope I don't sound harsh, but I've been in your shoes. We have all made choices in life and had to deal with them. If you want a better job, then you have to earn your new certificate in medical billing and coding. Don't ask others for help here unless you are willing to show us that you've done the work. It won't help you at all if someone else gives you the answers.

I told you in your other posts to use your textbook so why do you not have it with you?

I cant believe how annoying almost all of your replys are, I don't need an opinion on what to do with my life. I simply asked a question that you didn't have to keep dragging on with no answer. For the record... im not going into the nursing field I'm taking courses on medical billing and coding, and unlike some people, I'm not a quitter I will get through this. End of discussion

The problem is that you're relying on us to do your homework for you. You don't have your textbook in front of you. I did 6 years in my university. I had 50+ textbooks that I bought for an amount of money I don't even want to fathom. I have been in the workforce for ten years. I have ONE textbook of mine here. Just one. For the 60 courses I took, I have one book from university here. Truthfully I don't even need that book. The point that I am getting at is that once your done your course and you're billing people for medical procedures in the office that you're going to work at, you're not going to have your textbook in front of you to look up this crap.

    So you have three choices:
1). Bring whatever textbooks you think you're going to need to EVERY job you're going to have in the medical billing fields.
2). Rely on your memory for the next 40ish years and hope to hockey sticks that you're going to remember that Renal Failure 3dt means that the kidney's are working at half power, the patient is on dialysis, and on the transplant list.
3). Learn how to find information that you can't remember when you have limited resources in front of you.

#3 is the only viable choice for what you're going to be doing with you life. That's how I work and I am a brilliant programmer who just learned two new languages in the last three months. The internet is for more then just porn. Half of what you're learning right now is how to find stuff, like this kidney thing, and having the knowledge base to know what you're looking for and to understand what you've found. This is what you're doing right now and you're failing HORRIBLY at it.

So to be blunt, we'll help you on the path but we're not going to taxi you to the destination. That's all up to you, so put on your big person pants and start figuring it out on your own. If you hit a roadblock or don't understand something then you ask the question. Don't complain about how annoying or rude we are. It is insulting that you think we're just going to do your homework for you.

Glad you cleared that up. Your problem is apparent, you have no idea how to study or access material to study. Unlike some people you need to stop asking us to answer questions for you.

I do hope you get through this. So prove you can answer some of the questions you wanted us to answer.

End of discussion and you havent seen 'annoying' yet !

You have now asked several questions that all seem very easy to me, especially this one. You need 3 reasons for returned claims and can't come up with even one. You aren't THINKING. The very first one that should spring instantly to mind is that the claim is for something that isn't COVERED BY THAT POLICY!!! I'm going to be harsh here - you aren't cut out for this until you settle down without so much to do, and with your anorexia under control. I don't think you are getting the right nutrition for a calm brain.
