2 weeks ago I tripped and hurt my foot.I didn't go to the doctors or the ER yet. Its swollen, red, and hurt really bad. The first few days I couldn't walk on it but now I can but every time I walk on that foot it cracks. The other day I tried to run on it but I fell right down. Did I break or sprain it? Should I go to the ER?

Hey bored, it's a little late for the "emergency" part. After 2 weeks just see your family doctor, they'll more than likely order x-ray and then you'll know. Good luck
