External Hard Drive not visible in My Computer.
I have had an external hard drive for about a year and have so much information on there that is both personal and very special to me. Lots of photos of family and children etc. It does not appear in my computer anymore, however it is visible in Devices and printers. When connected, it has power and is clearly working but won't allow me to open it. It has the latest driver updates. I am running windows xp. Please help as soon as possible, as I am literally losing sleep. Thank you.
