    Hard drive is detected but not accessible
    My hdd is getting detected as soon as I attach it to the laptop, I get a pop up that "there is a problem existing so ur device might nit work properly." can anyone help me out

    Connect the hard drive, go to start, go to Configuration, go to Hardware, and let the system search for what is wrong. Follow instructions.

    If that fails come back here and report, please !

    Are there any yellow marks in device mgr?

    Start,setting, control panel, system icon, hardware tab, device mgr
    List any if you have them
