Home repairs for senior citizens?
To whom it may concern,
I had purchased this home about a year ago... not realizing that it had so many problems some of them were discovered in the home inspection.. and others are showing up now... and the cost of trying to get these things done are way out of my ball park... This is my first house and I would really hate to lose it... especially being up in those years... I need help getting windows done... it would be nice to be able to just open a window in this house... they are especially in bad shape... Help!! I have already starting insulating under the house and put in a new cooler/heating unit(that did not even last the year)... and the plumbing in the laundry room is plugged you can now use the washer unless you keep turning it on and off during the spin cycles or the water is on the floor... |
