Sprouts
I heard that sprouts are very nutritious and grows fast. I have some questions regards this:
1. What kind of sprouts?
2. When are they generally ready for consumption?

I usually sprout mung beans, they need to be soaked in water overnight then kept in a dark place for 3/4 days (rinse them twice daily)
