    Organic fertilizer
Should this organic fertilizer be used every year or would it cause a build-up which would be too much?

    4 parts seed meal
    1 part bone meal
    1/2 part kelp meal
    1/2 part dolomitic Lime
    1/2 part agricultural

    Thank you
    Jack

There is no point to using it at all if you don't use it every year. The good of it will dissipate throughout the growing season anyway and you won't be left with a build up that will do any damage to your future crops. That's the beauty of organic growing.
